    I grew up in the dealership starting at age 14. My career has been blessed by many wonderful employees and customers. My wife Cathy and I have enjoyed over 33 years of marriage and three wonderful, now adult, children. We have also been blessed with four vibrant young grand children. My hobbies include golf, skiing, snowboarding, bowling, and spending time with friends and family.

     I was born and raised in Petoskey, completing a B.S. degree in Education from CMU in 1979. I married Bill in 1984 and together we raised our daughter Tara. My life has revolved around the auto world for a number of years - I began as a teenager working my way through several aspects of the dealership. Currently, I work in the realm of administrative support for Fletch's and our other businesses - Johnson's Buses and J-Four Group.  I enjoy the ever changing dynamics of the auto world and our business in general. I also enjoy our community - the people, the culture and the beauty of northern Michigan. I've spent time teaching, coaching, and volunteering in the school and other not-for-profit opportunities. I value time shared with my family, friends, and my hobbies which include many recreational activities both inside and out.  I feel fortunate to be a co-owner in an established family business with my brothers that supports and serves the people of northern Michigan.

    I recieved my Associate's degree from NCMC in Liberal Arts. I have extensive experience in every aspect of the dealership, having worked in every department at one time or the other. I am family man with a lovely wife and 3 fantastic kids. I enjoy spending time with them, and also enjoy restoring antique furniture. I am active in church leadership and local politics.

    I am married to my lovely wife Peggy. I have four children Dustin, Megan, Jenna, and Katelyn. I started working for my father here at the age of 13 and have worked in every department of Fletch's. My current job resonsibilities include managing our school bus division(Johnson's Buses Inc.) and our warehouse rentals (J Four Group LLC) I oversee all building and remodeling projects and help out where ever needed to assist our customers and staff. My hobbies include woodworking, skiing, and boating on Walloon Lake with my family.

    I have been a part of the Fletch's family since 2007. My wife Andrea and I have been blessed with three wonderful children Eian, Brandon, and Haley. When not at work I enjoy Northmen football games, snowboarding, hunting, grilling, and playing golf. I am very proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps and enjoy living in our great community.

    In 2002 I joined Fletch's in the accounting office. It has been a pleasure working for a family owned company. I really enjoy the people I work with and the friendly atmosphere. In late 2011 I made the transition from the accounting office into the finance office. Helping customers with their financing needs has been a great experience.  I married my husband, Brion, in 2004 and together we are raising three wonderful children Madelyn, Alayna and Logan. As a family we enjoy camping, fishing, gardening and many other activities.

    Born and raised in Northern Michigan. I have been blessed with a wonderful family and amazing friends. I attended Northwood University where I received a BBA in Fashion Marketing and a BBA in Business Management while also being a member of Delta Zeta. My family has been involved in the auto industry as long as I can remember and now I see why! I enjoy the hustle and bustle but also the long term relationships you build within your community. I am on the board of Northern Michigan Animal Rescue Network. I am extremely proud and grateful to be part of such a wonderful organization. My spare time is spent with a very special Golden Retriever named Lucky. I also enjoy horseback- riding and traveling. Life is short and I do my best not to forget that.

    I have been in the car business for over 20 years. I joined the Fletch's family in 2003. I have been Certified with both GM and Audi and have won many awards through the years. I enjoy being at Fletch's because it is a family owned dealership. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with their service needs whatever they may be. I have been married for over 12 years to my beautiful wife Lisa. We have two daughters Taylor, and Kelsey they keep us very busy! I enjoy playing guitar, hunting, golfing, skiing and anything else to do with the outdoors. Most importantly I enjoy spending time with my family.

    I have been a part of Fletch's since 2003. I grew up working on cars with my Dad and I decided to go to college for autobody repair after doing a 3 year apprenticeship at Fletch's, of which I became certified from ACC. After assisting in the service department for a period of time, I became a professional consultant in 2010. Outside of work I enjoy riding dirt bikes, attending local and national Rally races, and playing poker.

    I am a runner for everyone here, so I am usually very busy. In between the running I try to take care of the maintainance issues and groundskeeping. I go to NCMC part-time, and when I can, I like to play basketball and enjoy family time with my wife and kids.

    I joined Fletch's family in 2007. I am a Petoskey High School Graduate where I had over 3 years of study in their auto technology department. After graduating from Petoskey, I studied at UTI and went on to an additional sixteen weeks at the Audi Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. I am an Audi Certified Expert Technician and ASE Master Certified. I also continue my training at the Audi training center in Chicago. When not working, I enjoy bow hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding.

    I have been part of the Fletch's family since 1991. I live in Petoskey with my wife, Tracy and 2 sons, Joshua and Javin. I am a ASE Master Certified automobile and heavy truck technician, specializing in light to medium duty trucks, I am also certified with the State of Michigan. While at work I most enjoy working on trucks, I have extensive experience with front end and steering repair, brakes,electrical systems, gas and diesel repair, drive train repair, suspension and much more. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling.

    I have been with the Fletch's fmaily since 2005 but have over 28 years of experience. I specialize in transmission repair, but I am fully trained in all aspects of auto repair. I was raised in Sault Ste. Marie, but am currently living in Roscommon. I have been  married to my lovely wife Adele for 39 years. We have one daughter Christina, who currently lives in Cleveland,Ohio. When not working I enjoy the the Northern Michigan outdoors, spending time with family, Bible study, volunteer work, reading, computers, and NASCAR.

    I have been in the parts industry for many years which includes working in two different auto parts stores, another dealership, and most recently Fletch's Inc. since December of 1985. I truly have an understanding and passion for the Parts side of the Dealership and how it affects the overall satisfaction of our customers. I gain the most satisfaction from knowing that I have a role in keeping our customers on the road and satisfied with their vehicles. I also enjoy helping our customers personalize their vehicles with the many accessories that are available. When I am away from the dealership, I enjoy camping, snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, and NASCAR.

    I am from the Petoskey/Harbor area. I work as the Assistant Parts Manager in Fletch's Parts Department. As part of the Fletch's family for over 10 years, I have become ASE Certified as a GM Parts Consultant. I have also received GM's Certificate of Achievement for all aspects of parts operations. I coordinate daily operations for my department and am very knowledgeable in auto parts for both GM and Audi. When not working I enjoy many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and tinkering with vintage cars.
